Hi, I'm Cristy! I’m the Co-founder and CEO behind some of the biggest retail chains across Washington, Oregon, and Iowa, including Cannabis & Glass and Iowa Cannabis Co. I’m also a Board Member of the National Hispanic Cannabis Council.
I’m a pioneer in the industry. I moved from the East Coast to the West Coast in 2012 to start my journey in the cannabis industry. I started with a modest 800 square foot store, $500 in inventory (we sold just two strains!), and a dream to do something bigger. In just 7 years, I built a powerhouse of 7 dispensaries spanning 3 states. Today, my stores are celebrated for their amazing products, boasting over 10,000 5-star reviews and hundreds of millions in revenue.
I was raised in a traditional Cuban household in Miami, FL, and had limited access to business mentors. Today, I aim to empower new entrepreneurs with the resources to grow teams, step into executive roles, and launch new businesses. But my deepest passion is to help those bold enough to become cannabis entrepreneurs.
With the launch of my New York operations, I'm redefining the landscape for cannabis retailers.
